The mission of the NDC Different Abilities Inclusion Academy is to be a resource to both individuals and organizations seeking to achieve different abilities inclusion. The academy blends theory and practice over a 6-hour interactive curriculum, with the development of an action plan to effectively achieve different abilities inclusion for greatest business impact through talent acquisition, customer service, unconscious bias mitigation, culture change, and compliance. Upon completion of the academy, participants will: ● Articulate the compelling business case for different abilities inclusion. ● Apply competencies needed for successful different abilities inclusion leadership. ● Help their organization achieve the transformation to attract and retain employees with different abilities. ● Develop an action plan with strategies and tactics for different abilities inclusion.
