Participants will: ● Articulate the compelling business rationale for fully supporting LGBTQ+ diversity. ● Understand the wide range of policies and procedures to support an LGBTQ+ diversity and inclusion strategy. ● Gain a deeper understanding of transgender people and the process of gender transitioning. ● Leave with practical ideas of how to address various LGBTQ situations that may arise in the workplace.
