LGBTQ+ Diversity in the Workplace: Allyship, Business Case and Best Practices

As the acceptance of LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer) people and their economic power continues to climb, fully understanding and embracing LGBTQ+ diversity is a critical business and organizational imperative. Supporting LGBTQ+ employees and customers involves allyship, a grasp of the compelling business case, and the implementation of a full range of best practices to address LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace.
